Bidding: Bidding on any item is legally binding. If you bid and win you are agreeing to pay for the item. If you have questions; ask before you bid.
All Sales Are Final: All sales are final and sold as-is, unless noted otherwise (please see full terms for more details)
Fees: A 13% Buyer’s Premium, a $1/lot Lot fee, & 8.25% Sales Tax is added to every item won. You will see those fees itemized on every invoice.
Pickup Process: Invoices are fulfilled for pickup in the following priority: 1) Scheduled appointments 2) Small orders  3) Large orders (over 10 items). We recommend scheduling an appointment to avoid wait times.
Account Suspension: Failure to abide by the terms of service at Rio Grande Trade, including the payment and pickup deadline of five days, may result in the suspension of all current and future bidder accounts associated with that user.
Abandoned Items: Lots not picked up within 5 days are considered abandoned and will be resold in subsequent auctions with no refunds issued.

5. Fees: Please be aware, there are two fees plus sales tax added to every lot won. A 13% Buyer’s Premium and an $1/item lot fee are added to the winning bid of each item. Please take those fees into consideration when placing your bid. We are required to collect and remit sales tax in the amount of 8.25% for every item won. You will see those fees itemized on every invoice.

All items must be paid in full within 5 calendar days of closing and picked up within 5 business days of the auction closing date. If your pickup date falls on a holiday when our warehouses will be closed, you have until the following business day to pick up your items. Our warehouse currently observes the following holidays: New Year's Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day.

• The parking lot is one-way. Please enter the parking lot from Wyoming Ave and exit onto Willow St. 

• You may park in any available spot. 

• Enter through the glass doors in the front of the building. 

• Bring a valid ID and a copy of your invoice (printed or digital)

• You are required to lift/load your items into your vehicle - Staff is not required to help

El pago completo debe realizarse al cierre de cada subasta. El método de pago registrado en su cuenta se facturará automáticamente por el importe total de su factura en las 24 horas siguientes al cierre de la subasta. Todos los artículos deben ser pagados en su totalidad y recogidos dentro de los 6 días hábiles de la fecha de cierre de la subasta. Si la fecha de recogida cae en un día festivo en el que nuestros almacenes están cerrados, tendrá hasta el siguiente día laborable para recoger sus artículos. Nuestro almacén actualmente observa los siguientes días festivos: Año Nuevo, Viernes Santo, Día de los Caídos, 4 de julio, Día del Trabajo, Día de Acción de Gracias y Navidad.
