All sales are final. Auction items are NOT tested/inspected and are being sold in as-is condition.

Please note that we include as much information as possible on each listing. Sizes, model numbers, and additional information is not always available, so it may be purposefully missing from the listing. Most oversized/heavy items included the words oversized or heavy in the item title. Oversize/heavy items must be picked up by the pickup deadline. Please make sure you bring assistance if needed for oversized items and bring a vehicle large enough to accommodate all of your items. Please contact us if you have any questions about the size or weight of an item before you bid.

All items must be paid in full within 5 calendar days of closing and picked up within 6 business days of the auction closing date. If your pickup date falls on a holiday when our warehouses will be closed, you have until the following business day to pick up your items. Our warehouse currently observes the following holidays: New Year's Day, Good Friday, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day.

• The parking lot is one-way. Please enter the parking lot from Wyoming Ave and exit onto Willow St. 

• You may park in any available spot. 

• Ring the doorbell next to the door for service. Enter through the glass doors in the front of the building. 

• Bring a valid ID and a copy of your invoice (printed or digital)

• You are required to lift/load your items into your vehicle - Staff is not required to help

El pago completo debe realizarse al cierre de cada subasta. El método de pago registrado en su cuenta se facturará automáticamente por el importe total de su factura en las 24 horas siguientes al cierre de la subasta. Todos los artículos deben ser pagados en su totalidad y recogidos dentro de los 6 días hábiles de la fecha de cierre de la subasta. Si la fecha de recogida cae en un día festivo en el que nuestros almacenes están cerrados, tendrá hasta el siguiente día laborable para recoger sus artículos. Nuestro almacén actualmente observa los siguientes días festivos: Año Nuevo, Viernes Santo, Día de los Caídos, 4 de julio, Día del Trabajo, Día de Acción de Gracias y Navidad.

Horarios para recoger artículos:

• Lunes: 10am - 3pm

• Martes: mediodía - 6pm

• Miercoles: 10am - 3pm
