All items must be paid in full within 5 calendar days of closing and picked up within 6 business days of the auction closing date. If your pickup date falls on a holiday when our warehouses will be closed, you have until the following business day to pick up your items. Our warehouse currently observes the following holidays: New Year's Day, Good Friday, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day.
Items not paid for or picked up within these deadlines are considered abandoned and will be relisted and subject to a 15% restocking fee. Please know that this policy is strictly enforced. If you need an extension on your pick-up date, you must notify us by sending a message prior to the pick-up deadline. Requests must be made via website message or email; verbal requests for extension will not be accepted. Abusing this policy is grounds for terminating your bidder account.
USE SMART BIDDING PRACTICES!! When in doubt about condition, completeness or suitability for intended use, please bid accordingly. Items in this auction may be overstocks or store returns. They may be in new or used condition. They may be in perfect condition or may be defective. We share what we know about each item in pictures, titles or descriptions but we don't always know, we don't test most items, and we do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds. Food and other items may be near or past their “Best by” or “Sell by” dates.
Use the images as your guide, but assume the item will have some damage and/or defect unless the description states otherwise. Most items are in good condition, but it is always better to be safe than sorry.
